Appointment Cancellation Policy

I understand that I must cancel or reschedule any TRIO SSS appointments via Loboconnect or by notifying the Front Desk or Specialist at least 24 hours in advance. I understand that I will lose my ongoing appointment privileges after 2 no shows.

Participation Agreement

I understand that in order to remain an active participant of TRIO SSS, I must participate in at least three program services or activities per academic year. I understand that I must also keep the program informed of any changes in my enrollment status or contact information.
